1. Scope of Services
KL Precitec provides engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing services including:
- Reverse Engineering
- Rapid Prototyping
- CNC Machining & Fabrication
- PCBA Manufacturing & Assembly
- Surface Finishing Solutions
- Testing & Validation Support
All services are executed based on mutually agreed requirements, timelines, and pricing.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- Quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise mentioned.
- Prices may change due to design updates, material cost variations, or additional requirements.
- Work begins only after written confirmation from the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate drawings, CAD files, BOMs, and technical requirements.
- Ensure all submitted materials are free from intellectual property violations.
- Review & approve quotations before production begins.
4. Intellectual Property
All project files, schematics, CAD designs, and documents shared by the client remain their property. KL Precitec does not claim ownership over client designs.
Internal processes, methods, workflows, and documentation created by KL Precitec remain our intellectual property.
5. Delivery & Timelines
- Turnaround times are estimates based on current load and material availability.
- External delays such as logistics or supplier issues are outside our control.
- Clients will be notified promptly in case of timeline adjustments.
6. Quality & Warranty
We ensure all components meet the agreed specifications and tolerances. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty does not cover misuse, design flaws, or incorrect application outside our scope.
7. Limitation of Liability
KL Precitec is not liable for:
- Loss of profit, indirect damages, or consequential losses
- Issues resulting from inaccurate client files or specifications
- Supplier delays, logistics problems, or external dependencies
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before material procurement or production starts.
- Refund eligibility depends on the progress stage of the project.
- Custom-manufactured items may not be eligible for refunds.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality for all client data, including:
- Product designs
- CAD files and schematics
- BOMs and technical documents
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Bangalore courts.
