Aluminium Material Grades We Work With

Aluminum alloys offer flexibility, weldability, a high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and excellent anodizing capability—making them lightweight, cost-effective, and widely used across industries. The best alloy for your project depends on the specific performance and application requirements of your aluminum parts.

Aluminum 6061

The most versatile heat-treatable alloy. It offers a great range of mechanical properties, excellent corrosion resistance, and good workability. Easily fabricated by most common techniques.

Aluminum 6082

A medium-strength structural alloy with the highest strength of the 6000 series. Excellent corrosion resistance. Commonly used for machining and often replaces 6061 in high-tensile applications.

Aluminum 6063

Known as the "architectural alloy." It features excellent finishing characteristics and high corrosion resistance. Ideal for extrusions, interior/exterior trim, and architectural applications.

Aluminum 7075

One of the highest strength alloys available with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. Ideal for highly stressed parts and aviation components requiring complex structures and high precision.

Aluminum 2024

Offers a high strength-to-weight ratio and good fatigue resistance. It is not weldable and has average machinability. Due to poor corrosion resistance, it is generally not suitable for anodization.

Aluminum 5052

The highest strength non-heat-treatable alloy. It boasts superior fatigue strength, excellent workability, and high resistance to marine atmospheres and saltwater corrosion.
